    No, double deck BS shows the same mistake. Regardless, it's still the wrong move for zen.

    Read again what Norm wrote. You are comparing Wizard's DD Basic Strategy which shows correctly that you should split 66 vs 7 and 77 vs 8 in DD games but CVData doesn't have specific DD Basic Strategy, so you are looking at multi-deck strategy in CVData even if you have DD checked.

    You will have to create your own DD BS chart in CVData to run realistic simulations.

    Here is the built-in strategy that says Double Deck and still isn't splitting 6's against 7. What am I doing wrong?

    I think you're comparing DD, DAS strategy with "multi-deck" strategy. In this particular case, splitting 66 vs 7 and 77 vs 8 is ok for SD and DD games, any other number of decks should follow CVData Basic Strategy charts for multi-deck.
