    AVG virus alert on forum

    Today when I went on the forum here I got a popup from AVG antivirus stating, "Virus Found HTML Framer" with options remove the virus or to ignore. I chose to remove the virus which AVG said it did. This message continues to pop up whenever I look at a thread, navigate around the forum, and when I went to "Post New Thread" that I am writing now. Anybody else seeing this? What's happening?

    Don't know about McAfee's compatability. I'm using AVG Free, Malware Bytes, And SUPER AntiSpyware with good results.

    Everything I’ve ever seen recommends AGAINST running two AV programs at the same time, mostly because of speed issues, I guess.

    Speaking of a virus, I like to make a positive contribution to you guys. Be prepared to take out the damn latest ransomware virus (on your way for sure, given time). Once it hits you, you cannot reboot & held to a $400 ransom by a hacker...unless you get a 32GB bootable flash drive (say for Windows 8). Options are here for you:

    1) Be lazy, and do nothing to prepare for the ransomware virus, and be sorry later, or
    2) Buy a $18 32GB flash drive and follow a Window 8 instruction to make it bootable & recoverable and ready for the virus.
