Ha! I used to worry when I had to think about an Index and paused the game for (maybe) 5 seconds. Then I watched Colin Jones Blackjack Apprentice and his routine test for new players is to pause the game for 60 seconds. Suddenly, it’s perfectly fine to be flustered by a marginal play, especially when there are two bad choices (or two good choices!) and you hem and haw. Perfectly normal. ????

What I noticed is that 75% of your play time you are just wasting your time and only 25% of your play time is profitable. I am an experienced player but my problem is only this one, I just dare not bet enough money when the odds are good enough.

The worst is when you have a solid session +40 units after a few hours and then on your last shoe of the night count goes crazy high and you lose 5 max bets in a row watching your hard work go down the drain and leaving flat.

I noticed that when the count is going to hell and all the good cards are coming out, I am winning like crazy.????????????. Then the count starts improving, so I bet more, but the crappy cards keep coming out and now I lose huge amounts of money. ???????? Then it stays high, good cards come out, and I win it all back.????????????????????

I criticize people when they talk about “The Flow of the Cards”, but…..????????????

    Merry Christmas!

I will ignore my previously disclosed but deleted post regarding surpassing 1 helpful post per year to aceside. Your Yogi Berrish commentary is deserving of recognition.

Although I cannot prove it mathematically, I believe the martingale betting system probably is an effective system for winning blackjack shoe games. Many blackjack authors have failed to recognize the power of martingale, probably because they have difficulty combining the math of martingale and optimum betting ramp.

Still, blackjack has the lowest possible variance in all casino games, I believe.

Merry Christmas to everyone! I have contributed exactly one year with almost 600 posts to this forum. I registered to here a long time ago, but I just read other people’s posts before that.

How many times do you need to see his garbage to realize he's a worthless troll? Either that or the forum's dumbest member of all time.

Quantity is not quality. Sometimes it is better to read alot more before writing such stuff like in your previous posting.
