I've retired a few years back from a professional occupation so I've always been an AP mid-stakes part-timer. I live in a metropolitan area with greater than 5 casinos.

One possible side effect of the pandemic on the game of 21 may be a turnover/re-shuffling of personnel at casinos. Personnel turnover at some casinos during the "great recession" enabled me to play again at places where there was a "problem" person in the pits.

Also, I'm praying that some of the properties have to be sold off to independent owners. If we're lucky...
