Mets, you received a really good tip from Jabberwocky pertaining to numerous problems that you will encounter all the time with ploppies complaints. The main reason is that they always look for a scapegoat to lay the blame on, never on themselves. Do not try to educate them as they much prefer to educate you. The more that they lose the more louder they get about you costing them money.
