I don't believe it. Either testing was bad or the person has a defect in their immune system. In any case, one reinfection out of 5 million, even if it is real, shouldn't bother anyone.
There was a news story last week about a fishing boat with 100+ people on it who all got infected, except the 3 people who already had it.
Found an interesting article somehow
Do not count on immunity to coronavirus, experts at the University of Amsterdam warn - re-infection with COVID-19 is possible within the first year after recovery. Serological tests for antibodies to SARS-COV-2 show: up to 80% of people carry the disease almost asymptomatically, without even knowing about it. In this regard, the scientific community is discussing the possibility of the formation of collective immunity - an effect in which immunity to infection is developed in most of the society, which reduces the overall epidemiological burden. Vaccination works according to this principle - immunity not only protects against infection but also reduces the risk of spreading infection because if a person does not become infected himself, he will not infect others.
In some countries, the possibility of introducing an "immune passport" for those who have been ill with COVID-19 is being considered, it would allow weakening social distancing measures for those who have antibodies to the virus in their blood. However, if the virus can be re-infected, herd immunity will not develop and this approach will be useless. To see the future, the researchers analyzed the medical records of ten people who contracted at least one seasonal strain of coronavirus between 1985 and 2020.
The results were disappointing: six months after recovery, the concentration of antibodies in the blood dropped significantly, and within a year there were frequent cases of re-infection.
It is not yet clear how long the immunity to SARS-COV-2 will last, but given the behavior of other coronaviruses, the picture is unlikely to be very different. Also, in this case, you will need not a single injection of the vaccine, but an annual one.
Oren Kobiller, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at Tel Aviv University School of Medicine, notes: “We know that people can contract coronaviruses from time to time. One question is how long the immunity to SARS-COV-2 will last compared to other coronaviruses. But the question is better - will the immunity be sterile or non-sterile. "
Sterile immunity means that a person cannot become infected again. With non-sterile immunity, a person can become infected, but the disease will pass in a mild form.
“Sterile immunity is not required,” says Cobiller. “With non-sterile immunity, you can get infected again, but get sick for a couple of days with symptoms of a common cold, without complications, and that would be enough for all of us.”

As is NPR. Is RT merely Kremlin propaganda, spreading disinformation and lies, or is it a platform to present a more balanced picture of Russia, expressing the Russian perspective on global affairs? In my opinion, from extensive viewing of the news coverage and programs offered by RT, I would say that RT critics’ “propaganda” claim does not hold up to close scrutiny and is, in fact, propaganda itself; on the other hand, the alternate claim of offering a “balanced picture of Russia” and expressing the “Russian perspective,” though certainly closer to the truth than the “propaganda” claim, is not a truly accurate description of RT either. In other words, while the news coverage can be said to reflect the Russian perspective on global affairs, most of the hosts are not Russian; moreover, as for as providing insight into Russia and everything “Russian,” proportionally speaking, only a fraction of the programming or coverage revolves around Russia or Russian affairs.
Do you really believe that people like Larry King, Ed Schultz, Thom Hartmann, Jesse Ventura, Chris Hedges, Lee Camp, and George Galloway are all stooges for Putin? Give me a break.
