5,21,0 = true 10, do u really want your max bet out here? It is true 10 after all, or is it?
    6,19,1 = true 10
    7,17,2 = true 10
    8,15,3 = true 10
    9,13,4 = true 10

12,7,7 = true 10 starting to look real good
    13,5,8 = true 10
    14,3,9 = true 10
15,1,10 = true 10 I’ll trade blackjacks with dealer all day long - super max time
Sorry, I still don't get it. Which counting system are your numbers based upon? If you use HiLo, the 2,3,4,5,6 count +1, the 7,8,9 count 0, the 10,J,Q,K,A count -1.
A single deck thus contains 4x5 = 20 low cards, 12 intermediate cards and 20 high cards (in the sense of the HiLo categories).

But let us assume you use the other counting system where
2,3,4,5 are considered low and thus count +1, so we have 4x4 = 16 low cards in a single deck
6,7,8,9 are considered intermediate and thus count 0, so we have 16 intermediate cards in a single deck
10,J,Q,K,A are considered high and thus count -1, so we have 20 high cards in a single deck

(or do you use some different point count values?)

You claim that your list contains the remaining cards. Let us look at the first row:

5,21,0 = true 10, do u really want your max bet out here? It is true 10 after all, or is it?

How can 21 intermediate cards remain when the deck has only 16 intermediate cards?
To me it seems that the first three rows are not possible.

Instead of constantly yammering about it, go to the casinos and clean up.

Shilling about it here day after day after day is worthless!

    In TC
Where I said - think single deck - I’ve edited to reflect single deck numbers, good catch. In 6d deck, it’s clearly possible. Should have clarified my grammar.

    In QTC
As mentioned, you already know TC, calculated thru regular methods. All you further count, by letter, and cumulatively, is intermediate 6,7,8,9. Then, as mentioned, divide by decks remaining and compare proportion against 10,J,Q,K,A

There’s actually a couple of ways of doing it, but whether it’s 32 degrees Fahrenheit, or 0 degrees Celsius, it comes out to the same thing.

    Totally, dude!

Speaking of which, I recently heard there's a Bill & Ted sequel coming out soon.

Another all star heard from. Maybe you and Snarky can compare notes. After all, he has a photographic memory. Thread is a whopping 2 days old.

No table games at this time in my overall large general area, and I’m not to about to fly at this time. Maybe, just maybe, I cleaned up before COVID.

Just for you, I extend to you the challenge laid out in OP. The clues are all there. All you have to do is use that analytical brain of yours and figure out HOW the system impacts results. Be Creative.

Rumour has it our area will have table games by end of September

Oh, and Rufus is in the link. Maybe he can help Mr. Bugatti Man and the Cookie Monster with their book report.

    My comments under yours

You just hate like being corrected, like when:
you gave your ramp on an H17 NS game (-.66 he) and you were ramping up at +1, I simply pointed out to you that you are still behind, pal

What I might have said was - don’t mind ramping up trading variance with house to prepare for additional ramping if situation so warrants. Mind you, my standard game does include surrender, so at +1, I would not be behind, but rather even with the house (actually very slightly ahead with my standard rule set). You’ll really have to use that impeccable memory of yours to dig out post in question. If it’s there, what was context.

or when you played with other counters and were so enamored with yourself when the TC rose and you put two big bets out and got “2 snappers” then returned to the table min….you said they left the table and you were wondering what they were thinking about you….so I said, perhaps, “this kat knows nothing about cover”

Again, you’ll need to use that impeccable memory to pull out the post in question. I have never done that to my recollection on 2 hands. I do recall playing 1 hand, raising that hand from min, getting BJ and returning to min. The One Other plaYer at table was a counter.

the only reason I remember these so vividly – aside from an impeccable memory – was how you ‘blew up at me’…also never heard of BJ=snapper, so that was memorable…I thought your reaction was so funny that whenever I see you posting ‘bull jive’ I point it out….and then laugh at your response(s)

Brother, you like to shovel the bull stuff. Why do you have such a problem receiving in return?

FOR THE RECORD: I am not a paid member and don’t participate and know nothing about any rating system, or feedback….again, you are a pimple in my ass, nothing more

Okay Mr. Bugatti Man. Oh! You’ve clearly implied that your Bugatti is more important to you than family. I recall an Economics Professor saying in class once that he could easily afford a Mercedes, as long as he and wife didn’t have kids. He was pretty shallow as well.

AND FOR THIS ‘SYSTEM’, I give you an A for effort, C for substance….only value I see is on hard 12/13 strategies and if/when a group is full (ie, no 2, 3, 4, 5s left) coupled w/ ASC, you may never hit a 16 no matter the up card….but these cases are so far and few in shoe games and in a SD game, your top three scenarios are ‘bull jive’ as Pinky pointed out you can’t have >16, so that’s minimized as well…other then that….just seems like a ‘weak’ cover system for those inclined….certainly, this system can’t be much of an ev move

Don’t think Pinky said that. He caught a discrepancy which was a good catch, and to which I responded. Thank you for your opinion, though I consider it worthless.

hahah....see...you post bunk replies and i just laugh...

incidents I was referring to were many years ago.....perhaps to 'jog' your feeble mind remember when you constantly posted about players joining your tables, "stealing" your bigs, spreading and winning more than thou, calling the other players names (on here, not in person)....it was ridiculous...it REALLY showed your inexperience....and everyone would explain that others cards don't matter....this is probably why you are now play heads up

admittingly, you have come a LONG way over the years....not withstanding this system of yours....but still not near my league

i truly wish you the best

    good luck

Well, it was not my intention to rate or judge the FBM-ASC stuff, because I don't understand it the least ;-) I was only dealing with this single deck scenario, and it reminded me of what I recently read about the Tarzan count (building three categories). To me it seems quite complicated and I am not sure if the "ratio" of high to intermediate to low is counted as real ratios or as differences which are reset to zero from time to time (as Tarzan count seems to do).

Even more obscure to me is the thing with the two ramps. But maybe it will become clearer in the future. As far as I read, the FBM ASC is going to be published in BJA 4, n'est-ce pas? Or ist this a joke? (the "ball" stuff made me doubting this a bit...)

Haha...that's a good one...obviously, the more info we garner the better decisions we can make, but at what cost/benefit???

For the record, if this sys is recommended in BJA4....i WILL EAT THE BOOK

I said single deck to put it into perspective, as the concept of one deck is easier to understand, but I put all of the 6 deck combinations in there. Simply working to quick. Mr. Bugatti man didn’t catch it.

As for the FBM ASC in BJA4, the BSST is a new medical phenomenon which stimulates neural pathways.

Don and I have been tirelessly corresponding on final versions to include. He may deny that point, but only because he is shy.
The “Ball” stuff is vital to the BSST.
