I researched and read and read. Accumulated several decks, numbering them 1 thru 312, bought a shoe, and practiced hi lo in my den - dealing decks less 3 or 5 cards And then determined all the possible hi card, neutral and low card Combinations. I read and practiced some more.

I was encouraged by someone to try halves, did so and repeated the process above. I seasoned myself thru lots of play, had the benefit of quality red chip games. Remained at that level far beyond the point I could have moved up in stakes. The reason for that was to stay under radar. In due course, red chip conditions Worsened, and at 85k bankroll moved to green chip mins.

Long story short - any one so motivated does not need Colin. Certain attributes are however, required for success. I was fortunate in that I never needed Blackjack to pay bills, and so I reinvested all profits into bankroll growth.

Even if I had the skills and bankroll to go pro as a young man, I don’t believe I would have done so. Got married, had kids and I didn’t want to spend long periods of time away from home. Blackjack has been a fun and profitable past time as well as a challenge on what others have described as mindless.
Ugg when will this verbal diarrhea stop?
And the self-aggrandizing? It's becoming clinical again with this guy.
Freightloser...I thought you hated this forum and quit awhile back...again?
Have you no shame?
