I have had a team for 4 years there are 4 of us soon to be five.For the last three years we have worn glasses with a camera in them all member are required to ware the glasses when playing by themselves . We have a private server and an app that streams live videos at the time the member is to play so we can watch. If the member doesn't ware them he doesn't get to play again with the team bank. We also have an app that shows their location at the time of play. So far so good and until better tech comes along this will have to do“

Depends. Is the vacuum demo on the grass outside where there is no expectation of privacy, or inside the house behind closed doors where there is that expectation. If it was my house and I discovered the covert intrusion, I wonder if the training video would show said salesperson being kicked in the nuts.

A possible defence for me would be me supplying educational information, gone awry, on the finer points of the regaled FBM ASC.

There is no expectation of privacy any more. FB and Google know everything about you.

I wouldn't trust a team that makes me ware (sic) a camera.

That's a good approach, but very difficult to achieve. If you use Chrome and/or have a gmail account, every word you write and every site you visit is cataloged by Google.

Its the fun part. I want to read up on cars, I do a search..”best sub-compacts” and my FB page gets ads from all the local companies within hours. If I put in “best used cars”, I get those ads, if I put Bahama cruises, I get that. Best vacation spots and such get scenic ads. You can change your FB look quite fast!

You should move to China. it will be even better with Baidu.

When I was there, someone in our group asked the local guide if he was bothered by gov't censorship. He spouted the party line that the gov't was helping them. By banning Google, which produces millions of results, and forcing them to use Baidu, which only produces 3 or 4 approved search results, the gov't is saving them time and the frustration of trying to figure out which link is best.

Actually, like the concept and think it is very appropriate for team play.

However, using a device at a casino game is a felony in Nevada. Not sure if your setup crosses that line but I am sure that any casino that detects what you are doing will see that you find out.

I don't think they're using them to gain an edge, but merely to keep the players honest.

No different then any of the other YouTuber's streaming their play. Only these guys are doing is without permission from the casino.

If they conclude you are card counting as a team in this manner, then you will get to find out if its legal in court, and unlike card counting which is a nuisance, using a device is a felony.

And I believe the definition of a device is broad enough that anything from a pencil to a laptop might be qualified.

I agree that if its proven the players are being helped, then it's cheating/illegal. But if it's only being used to watch play, then it isn't. That burden of illegality is on the gaming commission though.
