Governor has relaxed restrictions based upon better news. I know Vegas was listed high as "cases per 1000" but bars reopened. And he has a plan, though they are NOT open yet, for shows or gatherings of 250 people. I heard personal stories from staff, dealers, bartenders or individual cases. But no new stories of Covid outbreaks like they had at Cosmo when they first reopened. I guess from that info, I would assume it's better. Zee mentioned not wanting to go because he thought 50% of people were NOT wearing masks. I find enforcement in the casino proper is pretty strict. But general public traveling or walking from parking garages; public places; on the street were not all wearing masks. He is probably right about where it's not enforced. Some wear them outside; some don't but the casinos themselves, everyone is wearing a mask except for immediate eating and drinking. And don't get me started on SMOKERS!!
As for social distancing, I think all businesses have the floor signs for spacing. They are trying. Tables in restaurants are spaced. Limited capacity. Checkout lines for CVS were spaced (cashiers semi spaced apart). Very limited staff at check in and check out at hotels. Spacing enforced with line restraints, signs, floor decals, etc. But you can NOT enforce social distancing on the street on the Strip. I would say it wasn't packed "back to back" like it could be but not everyone is personally watching for their own social distancing.
