Indian Law is different than "common law" or what most of us think as would be the regular statutes. Depends on what the charge really is. Simple Trespass? Did they tell you what the fine or punishment might be? You may want to find an Indian attorney that is registered with that court. They represent non-tribal members AND the almighty $ rules to be honest. Get some advice that way. I doubt a simple trespass warrants someone as high cost or experienced as Nersesian but you may pay for a phone consultation with him.
