Why is the promotion necessary? What's wrong with "No mask, you're outta here."? It's no different than "no shoes, no shirt, no service."
Come on 21, you know the answer (Hint: profits over lives). Actually it's all the governors' faults. A governor can stop the spread of cov19 in casinos if he imposes a $10,000fine per facemaskless gambler in a casino.

Here are what piss me off:
1) A governor said: "all knuckleheads must wear a mask in a casino... except...when they are eating, drinking, or SMOKING!"

2) A governor said: " ...no smoking... on beaches...[but it's ok to smoke in a casino to lose your money]"
