Stupid mistakes you have made when playing Blackjack?

On my Blackjack App, the Dealer was showing a 7. I had a 7 and a 6. I chose "Hit," and I got a Queen, and busted. The Dealer's next card was only a 4. I would have won had I not chose to "Hit,". Luckily this was just an App and not a real world game but I'm sure this mistake happens often in real world games.

I'm not quite sure I understand the question. In the example you gave you acted correctly and just lost. That's the way the cookie crumbles.

The biggest mistake I make is if I have a 7 and a 6 with the dealer showing a 7 and I hit, pulling a queen. The next player has a 7 and 6 and chooses to stand, then the dealer flips a 4 and pulls a 7. The mistake is I sometimes momentarily care when the other player gets upset that I drew the "bust" card, claiming "we all would have won" had a just stood.

Players getting mad at other Players is when Electronic table games come in handy over live table games.

What was the dealer's hole card? Or does the dealer get no hole card in this game?

Ah, thanks. I only pay attention to this board off and on so haven't really become acquainted with who the trolls are.
And BTW, the sig Black chips matter is great. :-) I may steal it.
