    Out of curiosity...

Does anyone have a list of all the states where players cannot get barred playing Blackjack?

Please, I really don't need all the explanations about counter measures that will produce a "technical barring", I'm well aware of all this.
Just curious to know if such a list exist.

Can you tell us about black jack rules in France if you were there? Do they play double deck or is it all csm 6 decks shoe? If it is all csm, then it is obvious why they don't kick any player out.

France is all 6 decks, mostly dealt from CSM and the rules are S17 DAS.
Tables open only at night, some do not even open mid week.

Do you know any casinos close to France (Monaco, Switzerland, england,..) where we can find double deck or 6 deck shoes without csm?

Monaco might be the only place not to use CSM on the French Riviera. Be careful there, they are quick on counters.
England also have some shoe games, but Switzerland for all I know is all CSM.

    So, anyone...
Are the only US states not barring, NJ and MO ?

    G Man,

Well, in theory since August of 2018 Louisiana casinos can bar players only for specified reasons (and card counting is not one of the approved reasons), but in practice they've continued barring players at will... Believe me, I know.

    Hope this helps!

The problem of putting you on databases still remains....they put you on OSN even if they cannot bar you. Ameristar in Missouri, even on a Saturday night with relatively full table, the pit guy leaned over and told me that they were only going to deal one deck of 6 decks, no matter where I sit. I left that table, went to next pit and they got pissed off. They immediately shuffled the deck, the pit guy told the 4 players and me that they will only be dealing one deck of 6 on that deck, placed cut car at about 5=decks cut off. It was embarrassing, I left.

Bob Fisher, when faced with the same problem in A.C., used to walk from one table to the next, all afternoon, just to piss off not only the bosses but all the patrons at all the tables, who then complained bitterly! To avoid that, a more effective countermeasure for the bosses is to flat-bet the suspected patron -- but only him. That way, the other patrons get to play their normal game. But, of course, we can't expect the bosses to do the more intelligent thing, now, can we?

I suppose you can flat bet $100 at only positive counts and they fear a card counter would sit at the table flat betting positive counts all day at a $10 min. Table which mostly allow mid shoe entry.
