I found this one rule strange. I would be really pissed if I traveled a long way and found out I couldn't get in because I didn't have a player's card.

During Phase 1 of reopening, each guest must also present their Players Club Card or be identified in our system as having a Players Club Card. No new Players Club Cards will be issued at this time. Exception: Entry will be permitted to couples entering the casino where one person has a Players Club card and one does not.
