Check Out This Cool Anti-Covid Blackjack Table

It might make me consider going back to the casino sooner than I thought.

From looking at the table, it appears there is also a barrier between the dealer and player with several inches of an opening at the bottom. Why couldn't the players have a stack of chips inside the barrier and then at the start of each round have the dealer ask how much you want to bet and then he could move them to the betting spot. When you leave you could color up. You wouldn't have to touch the chips except when you leave.

May be for handling cash. But, cash could be handled only at the cage. We talk about chips spreading bugs -- but cash is the dirtiest thing on Earth.

Also, clearly a problem. When you cash out at the cage, you're getting bills from someone else who touched them before you. Now, of course, that's always the case, but these are different times.

I don't see that as a problem. You put the cash in an envelope, then go wash your hands and leave. Let the envelope sit for at least 3 days before you touch any of the cash. Now the cash is virus free.

Sure. Just make sure you have plenty of cash all day for each casino, because you aren't going to touch any of the cash you get all day at the various cages.

Not necessarily. If you normally buy in for $300, but in for $1K instead when you sit down. Then squirt the hand sanitizer on your hands. I carry a small bottle whenever I go out, but I'm sure the casinos will have them everywhere.

A new excuse for wonging out - hand washing.

Keep in mind hand sanitizers are not perfect. Washing hands is still better when you can. Also, Purell contains less alcohol than recommended by WHO and no hydrogen peroxide. And, the hand wipes with benzalkonium chloride probably don't do much.

Then one time with your two-card twenty and your max bet out and the dealer hits a two-card 16 with a five you squeeze the bottle hard and squirt the dealer in the face, saying oh sorry.
