Most agree that the risk is simply to great for the casino operator to engage in cheating where several key employees would have to have knowledge of the cheating. Its one thing for a dealer or employee to engage in cheating. Its an entirely different scenario for the casino to engage in cheating by "changing something out in the machine". If exposed this would cause the casino operator to lose their gaming license. The risk is simply to great.

The statistical probability that "most casinos are cheating", and "changing something out in the machine" is just about as statistically probable as the world coming to an end within the next week.

There is a casino somewhere that may have cheated players, but MOST are not. Its just not happening.
The issue is not convincing people on this forum, the debate cannot take place because the forum administrator does not allow it.

Second, there are numerous examples of corporations taking those “risks”. State regulators can be manipulated, if it ever gets to them. For example, if it does not affect the non card counter whose odds would remain the same, if casino odds remain the same and it just defeats card counters, it might sound okay to regulators. All it takes is one competent tech person, pit or dealers would not be included.

Still a minority but perhaps increasing. Tell tale signs include deep penetration and increased tolerance, mid shoeventry being allowed, etc.
