Rated or Unrated at low stakes

I always play unrated even if its low stakes, because i would hate to burn out my name for one day when im betting big for them to recognize me, etc.. But my question is, if I am already in the system and have a card, does that make it pointless to play unrated since they already know who i am??

How does the fact that you have a players card mean they already know who you are? Does your casino do facial identity scans and search their data base for your id?

Is it ok to play rated in Vegas using 1-6 spread playing red or green chips, or would it be better off not playing rated if eventually I will be playing higher stakes?

If youre wonging in and out, 1-6 is the most you should spread, if youre just wonging out use 1-12 minimum.. I would keep doing what youre doing, they might not even look at you twice at your betting level

All right! Thank you. Is it ever safe to play rated? Is it better to have no casinos to know my name as long as possible?

Idk, I currently play umrated, but theres arguments and pros and cons for both, its a tough subject. I guess if you really want comps and play low stakes, playing rated might be preferable, but id be leery of burning out my name at low stakes, everything goes hand in hand, make a gut choice
