A few posters already mentioned how you would be hurting yourself on possibly hitting a hard 17 which is bad enough in itself. By also spreading to 3 hands at min bet to screw the wonger is very baffling. You may despise the Wonger but, regardless both of you have recognized a positive situation that presented itself and you are reacting just like a casino employee that has zero stakes in the game. Never hurt your position on purpose.

Not so fast. Back counter gets a double down hand looking for face, dealer has a 8 up. I have 17 I hit and bust with face hand taking the back counters card. Next card for him is a 4 makes no hand. Dealer has 18. I loose either way. Back counter gets 2X screwed.

Sounds like 3rd base voodoo to me.

Wrong you are I do have a stake in the game more positive counts for me. I don't share after I have done the lifting. Plus I love looking at their face when I take a hit that is not called for and they loose. Spreading to 3 hands drives them crazy.

You are the biggest joke yet. To think anyone would put up with a back counter taking their cards in a positive count you must be crazy. Lets hear from your fans who support your position.

How many of you want a back counter to join your table at a positive count. Play 2 hands and leave. Lets hear it.

You don't get the point. NOBODY WANTS A BACK COUNTER TO HIT ON HIS TABLE. However, when there's one, you either show him politely that you're aware of what he does OR you live with it. Both the seating counter and the back counter are using their respective strategy to beat the house. There is no point in alerting the pit and be an ass like you. This being said, for the very few of us out there, this shouldn't happen everyday and if it does, maybe you should go with the guy and have a coffee... But the way you react and treat other pros (I doubt you're one) shows little respect for the profession.
