I don't recommend using a "found" player card. Most casinos today scan your ID and it pops up on the screen when they swipe you in at the start of your session. Also with a "found" card you have no idea the age or race of the player which could be radically different.
Your only choice is to use a fake ID or get a friend to give you one of their cards to play on. Beware some casinos scan the ID and if you and your friend are radically different ages and look nothing like each other there could be an issue. Also beware mere possession of a fake ID in some states is a felony. That said, there is nothing inherently illegal in playing under an assumed name, you can give a casino any name you want as long as you use one name at a time and aren't using the names to defraud them or commit identity theft. Be sure your friend knows that his name could become unwelcome at blackjack but that in exchange for the risk he gets to keep use of the comps that might accrue. You should also get a letter (notarized) from your friend that says he has given you permission to play on his card so that you're not charged with identity theft. Be sure if the casino calls your friend to confirm this that he will confirm your story.
My personal preference for low stakes players is to just play unrated. Have one casino per market, preferably one where you wouldn't otherwise want to play, where you give some break-even rated play to trigger mail offers. Those mail offers will last for 6 to 12 months of repeated trips with no further play needed. Then you can play for real unrated everywhere else. If you're a higher stakes player you may decide that alternative ID is worth it. You should do a careful risk/reward analysis before beginning to move in this regard and you'll need to know someone who has access to such products as in today's PATRIOT Ace / Post 9-11 world storefront fake ID operations are a thing of the past and most of the sites on the internet are scams.
I agree with everyone here, never give your real name to play blackjack, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever. You will never know when you will need it for some valuable promotion at a later date and a clean real name is immensely valuable for when you might need it to CTR or get a W2-G jackpot.
