Before a Vegas trip I always look at the city's convention/event schedule. DOn't want to be there when tens or hundreds of thousands of "extra" people are there.

It seems that there is always at least one convention. I checked this for September and October, when it is not too hot like in August.

True, but there are small meetings and LARGE conventions. You can also see where they take place, so you know which casinos/part of town is going to be busy, if it's a smaller one.

For example, if you look at this weekend, there are 100 psychiatrists at Wynn and 20,000 pharmacists at MGM props. If you look at Jan 7, 2020, there will be 180,000 attending the CES. That's a good time to avoid.

And here's one for Zee - The Adult Entertainment Expo on Jan 27 at Hard Rock. Anyone see the movie, "The Girl Next Door"? It's related to this show and a funny movie (Elisha Cuthbert, before she got fat, and Emile Hirsch).

20,000 doesn't matter much, 180,000 does definitely crowd things up just like 21forme said. You don't even play, so why would care?

The fact that you don't even play the game, just always makes me question why you are one of the most frequent posters on all forums? I just don't understand at all. Do you think you are the person to be giving advice on every thread? You have never even played... don't you think that matters??
Do you even realize that some posters here have written some of the most important books/programs/posts in like the last 30 years?
Honestly, why do you think people here want to hear from someone that HAS NEVER ACTUALLY PLAYED BEFORE?
There are newbies here that lose their entire bankroll listening to wrong advice.
