The ploppies in Europe seem to never ask for the rules. It is just a machine and they get cards and play them due to their hunches. The game of blackjack is much less known in general public than in the US. And in contrast to what is common in the US, I saw no sign on the table explaining the rules, nor any detailed explanation in a brochure (sometimes they describe the raw basics but often lack to detail them, e.g. if you may double on soft hands, surrender etc. Nor do they mention the number of decks or that a CSM is used).
You can often look at the back of the machine,There's a small computer screen . It shows how many decks are in play. You should do it as discretely as possible.
