    I'm sure you can see from my posts i have a soft spot for AC.My family owned a home there on n.texas ave.bought by my great grandparents who came over from sicily in the early 1900's.I have so many wonderful memories of summers spent there as a child with family who are long gone now.How and why i became a dealer is too long a story to post.It just makes me sad to see AC becoming another pit again.When it could and should have been so different.

    Hey, I lived on N Texas for a summer in 1998. Just off of Baltic. Had a nice second floor apartment with a huge deck as the first floor was much deeper than the second.
