I worked for 8 different employers over the last 37 years before retiring. Employers were in 8 different states. One looks for jobs in fields where they could use their experiences. One looks for better paying but less stressful jobs.

I dont see why a persons allegiance to AP’s should be greater than the needs of their family. A time comes when an AP might want to settle down in one city and a job in a casino (where else could his past be of help?) is about the only job where his experience helps. Don’t former users of drugs work as undercover cops or counselors?
