Then is it advisable to play two hands even when head-to-head to increase SCORE? That would contradict everything I've read on this well-covered topic.
I think I'm not asking this right, somehow, so let me try it this way: When I let CVCX do its job, it tells me that I'm better off by every measure (SCORE, N0, ROR) playing 2 hands in any positive count, regardless whether I'm head to head.
This runs counter to everything I've read on this topic (when the count is + and you're head-to-head, you're supposed bet less money per round that if playing 2 hands, but bet it all one one spot to conserve cards.)
So I'm trying to resolve the apparent conflict between this well-established playing strategy and the results I'm seeing from CVCX.
