What are indices ?
I do not think that the indices that are negative in the Hilo are @+1
Nor the splits.

In my opinion, a good compromise is indices in 2 or 3 groups.
That's what Snyder do with HiLo Lite and I with my version of KO

He talks about indices of 0, 6 and 12, which is imcomprehensible since he doesn't tell the "shifted" IRCs. Why do KO counters never clarify their IRCs when posting? Fuchs/Vancura start at 4 - 4 * number of decks and their bet ramp ends at +4, insurance at +3, so this is not compatible to 6 and 12.
