The Color of Blackjack strategy isn’t exactly what I use. I use a system that’s close to Nimka’s “Color K-O” which is a depth-based way to measure the Hi-Lo true count per KO running count each deck remaining. Do you think there’s a way to program this into the software? This is a spreadsheet I use that may display things better.

CVData and CVBJ support switching strategies as you reach deeper in the shoe for betting and playing. Don't know if this is what's needed.

I’m just looking for a way to input this system into the software: For every depth (5 decks left, 4 decks left, etc.), there are different running counts at which you enter a true count. For 5 decks remaining, and an IRC or -20, the true counts for 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4 are at -16, -11, -6, -1, and 4, respectively. These trigger points change at different depths. A KO RC of -5 with 3 decks remaining is a true 1.

Okay I appreciate the info. Last question: Can I edit Dravot’s “Color of Blackjack” to be more like the system I use? If not, do you believe that just using Hi-Lo would yield similar results? This system does produce Hi-Lo true counts.

Dravot's system is based on the same concept, but is much different. And easier. HiLo may produce similar results. But, no way to know if they are accurate.

Okay, I’ll read some more and make a decision. If I have another question, I’ll ask you. I appreciate it man!
