    Individual hand simulator?

I would like to come up with a stronger indice chart for my counting method. Is there a simulator on the market where I can input the tag values of my counting method and simulate millions of rounds of a specific play of say double A7 vs 2 at +2 and then save the results and then simulate the same hand at say an indice of +3 to compare? I guess I would expect the program to simulate the TC by using a random method since different deck compositions can create the same TC.

If this doesn't exist - Norm, since you're the software guy, does the development of this tool seem possible or reasonable to you?
