Look: if it's a matter of you wanting to learn more indexes, by all means. CVData will do that, and you should have probably known that. I'm a big fan of learning as many as possible, because for me, it takes little energy to do so.
HOWEVER: It sounded like you wanted to create a better way of generating indexes (whatever that means):
In any event, it's all pretty meaningless. You just won't get much gain there. I was pretty clear when I said there were a dozen ways just to improve your blackjack today. I'll give you one for free:
Lock yourself in a room and improve your deck estimation. You will get more from that than adding indexes or generating "stronger" ones.
