Also, to be pedantic: Counting the 9 in the 6-9 column actually reduced the PE of the system at hand, as the 9 acts as a "big card" most of the time rather than vacillate between "big" and "small".
There are other factors associated with keeping singular rank side counts as they offer different EOR's for each hand total per up-card. This means different values when adjusting the main running count of your system.
