I could, but I'm not going to do all that work. I suggest you or the "refinery' analyze the information and post your findings. Since the refinery is going crazy over this maybe he could do something worth while for a change instead of just criticize others. Here is where I got the information from.

I'm not quite sure when the rule change to bad rules started or ended, and even then there will be a time lag between the start and the ending. By this I mean as soon as the bad rules start revenue will go up for awhile because folks are not aware of the rule change and if they travel all the way from Salt Lake City they will probably play once they are there. On the other end, once the bad rules end a lot of folks may not know about the change for awhile.
However, like I said before I believe the biggest impact on the revenue numbers was the recession of 2008 and not the rule change.
