    Baha Mar offer (and question)

I took a cruise down to the Bahamas several months ago and visited this new property. Blackjack conditions weren't bad and I spent a few hours playing rated at an average bet of $100. I left the property up around $2k and hadn't heard anything from them until a week or so ago when they sent me an offer for 3 free nights in August or September (no restrictions listed) as well as a staggering $1500 in free slot play. The best offer I have received from a casino prior to this was ~$600 in match play over a two day period at Borgata with room included. I had no intention of returning but for an offer that good at such a beautiful property I feel inclined to.
HOWEVER, in small writing at the bottom it says offer is "contingent on qualified level of play."
    1) How do I know what this level is?
    2) Hypothetically, if I visited and completely stiffed them after redeeming my $1500 in free play, what can they do? Does anyone have experience with an offer that had similar wording, or perhaps even this property specifically?

Thank you for reading and let me know if you have specific questions about Baha Mar and I will try to answer.

I really can't give you an answer, but can share a funny story relating. I once visited a casino 6 hours away from me. A month later they emailed me an offer for a free room and a shot to win 150K. I thought wow, what a great promotion,
my dumbass assumed it was a drawing and someone on the premises was going to win 150k. Embarrassed to say, I drove 6 hours to take them up and once I checked in they gave me a $5 state lotto ticket with the grand prize of, you guessed it 150K. Talk about feeling beat before you even lose money gambling. Case in point - Very wise to think twice about the fine print.

You can call the host and ask. Some casinos require few hours of play before the free play becomes active. My guess for such place that you will just find the free play once you get in. The fine print will generally be to encourage you to play more but it could be taken into account at check out time. If you do not play at all, they may not comp your room, add resort fees or both. In general, the effect will be mostly that you will not get any future mailings.

Thank you for your response. I worry about calling and asking about something like this because the question itself may lead the host/marketing to eliminate future offers or make the current one difficult to book. I am not sure if that is a reasonable fear, but it is one i have.

I did this in Las Vegas. Checked into a comped room cause they continue to comp me, could not play BJ because they would not let me. They addressed me by name and said I could play other games but not BJ. I did not play there, was easily able to play at its sister properties (anonymously). No problem at checkout.

The comps kept coming for a few more months but I stopped my visits and eventually, the comps cstopped coming for room offers. I do still get emails for discounted tickets to their shows and such.

My experience with similar offers from the other well known casino on that island is that they expect the same level if play that you showed the last time. However, their fine print explicitely states this.

they'll expect the same level of play but they won't revoke the offer. it will just negatively impact his future offers.

You got there only once and they send you an offer. Obviously they simply expect the same level of action. These fine prints are always present on any offer you'll get from anywhere. That means if they don't get the level of play you had on your last trip, they might not send you offers anymore. Go there, play according to YOUR level of play and have a good time!
