Pretty much, but... It depends on how you’re using those observed rounds in conjunction with what you simmed. Just watching a table (with no intent to wong in), wouldn’t do anything to your N0. You could watch 10,000 such rounds and it means nothing.
If you simmed a game where you wong out at -2 then go join another table....sitting there and watching more rounds go by after wonging out does nothing. EDIT: Watching rounds on the table you wonged out of.*
Ultimately, you count whatever you used in your sim and apply that to what you do at the casino. I say all this because, even though it is or should be obvious to those with experience and an understanding of the game, it might not be entirely obvious to newer players who might think “if I’m not gonna play and I watch 100 rounds, how does that help me?” sort of thing.
