Technical problems at casino. Should i get comps?

So I went to a new Casino in Massachusetts last night.
I went to the 5 minimum dollar community table to get a feel for the place
Was having great night until suddenly the card shuffler goes on the fritz.
Can not cash out when there is a tech issue.
I sit there for over an hour waiting for it to get back online.
Then later that night the camera goes on the fritz and we can not see the cards being dealt.
I sit for over another hour now total nearly three hours of being stuck due to these technical issues.
Do you think I should request comps or should i stay off their radar and just accept it as a technical issue when these kinds of things go down?

Are you really at a card-counting forum asking about stadium-style video blackjack? It's like going to WebMD asking the best way to shoot heroin....

like all forums I expect there to be a element of elitists and keyboard warriors and telephone tough guys.
I asked a question and was hoping to find some answers.
Yeah I know the routine it is like going on a firearms enthusiast forum and asking a question about ammo and if you own a glock instead of a colt or smith and wesson you have some gun snob bypass the topic and rag on you for owning a tarus or glock rather than their big macho 1911 or colt 45.
Or maybe you create a topic about shooting 22 cal and next thing you have billy badass or tommy tactical pants insult you for page upon page about how they wont shoot anything under 45 cal and if you dont follow suit you are a *****.
    seriously its tiresome.

Thank you. I am a EMT by trade and contrary to what some people think we get paid squat. Blackjack is a good way for me to supplement my income and forget about my stressful and some times miserable work week.
I do the same thing at some casinos as well.
I hit the 5 dollar table and when things go cold I move to 10 - 15 dollar tables.
I currently do not have the bank roll to go big. If I can make 100-400 dollars in a night than I am really happy.
I aspire to get into the big game ranks but I am still very new to the game i only started playing at casinos for a few months now.

Don't underestimate the $5 table full of ploppies when you have a small bankroll. If you portray yourself as just another whiny superstitious ploppy, you can Wong in and out almost as much as you please. You can Wong out for an entire shoe if the table is not quite full, if needed - all while sitting at the table and counting. You can, potentially, only play hands when the count is in your favor. If the count gets extremely advantageous, you can make some sort of "WTF, it's time to go home anyway" comment and spread $80-$100 over three hands and not face heat....
