I have a small casino in my rotation that was always a real pain when cashing out at the cage. They would always pressure for ID even for only a couple hundred dollars. Even if you look old etc.
So I sent an email to the State Gaming Commission letting them know how I felt about it. It's a Native shop, so they replied that they have no authority over their cage procedures. But they did forward it to the Tribal Commission.

And what do you know...a few weeks later they now are very friendly at the cage, and they no longer ask for ID for smaller amounts.
So just an FYI if you have similar problems then it might be worth a try. I think it helps if your email title says something like POSSIBLE CASINO VIOLATIONS. That helps get more eyeballs on it, and get it forwarded to the higher ups at the casino etc.
