If a casino knows it can get away with cheating the player, that's gonna happen. So when you do get cheated, expect it.

Tell you story to a newspaper.

Is there any possibility you can go after Harrah’s? Have you contacted a lawyer? You could find out if you have a shot.

    God Bless you for this...

As far as the unresolved 80K....
I have learned a very simple technique to getting large organizations to cave. You pay a couple people (Preferably Homeless) to hold large signs right outside of the casino entrance but do not go on their property. The signs will say something like "Casino Refuses to pay". In reality it really doesn't matter what is actually on the sign itself, its just the fact that someone is out in front of their store with negativity towards the location. Its fairly easy to find people for minimal pay. These large corporations will stand tall to an attorney but will cave to a couple people with signs. If you are in another state, You may find people through Craigslist so you don't have to go out there. What ever you do not "blackmail" them by saying "If you pay me, I will remove the signs" (hint at this indirectly). I have done this more than once and it is VERY effective.

This process is VERY effective with very little investment required.

Never thought of that one. Sounds like a strong move. Nice work.

As long as both you and the manager sign the receipt, it's legally binding. No need for heavy-handedness. I've done that before and the redeemed the receipt for a large amount of cash.

Can you provide the statutory citation for this law? Because I've been around the justice system for quite some time and this standard is foreign to me....
