I doubt very much you grabbed a cage cashier and didn't get:
1) Arrested; and/or:
2) Your jaw broken.

smallcap, your above post covers two completely different topics. First the alleged possibility of casino cheating taking place on the main floor games atHarrahs Cherokee in North Carolina. The last matter dealt with your own personal matter of alleged attemptingstealing of chips "your words" of an unratedcard counter at the same casino.
Pertaining to your own personal matter there is a great lesson that everyone should learn out of this story. First they rightfully had you by the balls so they strung you along by allowing you to continue to play with essentially zero risks. The lesson here is how really slimy casinos are by taking their sweet time to pull the plug on you HOPING THAT YOU FIRST LOSE ALL OF YOUR MONEY. Why did they have zero risks? You already confirmed it when you stated: "I have already been backed off this store once is 2014 or somewhere around there." A good lawyer may be able to retrieve that money if he/she can prove that the casino knew who you were when you played in the high limit area. The real lesson for everyone else who this happens to all over the country "based on the laws that are already in effect" what the fuck are they going to do when they have anywhere from a few hundred dollars or thousands taken from them and they are guilty of previous backoffs at those establishments or sister properties.
Remember what both BJGenius007 and 21forme said and take seriously:
BJGenius007:
"People should know casinos asked counters who got caught to sign the paper agreeing that if they return to this casino (or sister properties, you need to read the fine print), they are trespassed and will be arrested and/or have their winnings (or all chips, again you need to read the fine print) confiscated.
This casino was just enforcing the laws they created and confiscate the chips. If it is legal or fair is another matter.
Don't sign anything if being caught on similar situation. But people who just want to go home will sign anything. "
21forme
"Whether you sign or refuse to sign has no effect on whether a trespass is binding."

I absolutely agree! Especially under the senario which smallcap presented. In my mind the tribal police would already have been present watching the transaction right there on the spot. Something does not add up with the story.
That's stupid. What we generally refer to as a "back-off" doesn't allow a casino to free roll him. Their claim is he was 86'd globally from Caesar's corporate. Not only does smallcap refute this ever occurred, but it is of long dubious legal standing that Caesar's has the ability to 86 anyone globally. Just read or listen to anything Bob N. has said, ever.
I disagree, it all depends upon the gaming laws on the books in the states that the occurrences happen. Exception on tribal land. The refinery, be careful if you play in Mass casinos and have had a previous problem they will take all of your chips at the table not just what you won.

yea I really lie a lot.
Casinos don't know what to do with me and the hate me. They have made it clear they are coloborating and trying to take me out of the business, They actually won I wont be playing anymore. It is simply just not worth it. I had some horrivble things happen in my life and honestly this is the last shit I need. An ATTY has been retaining but we are hearing nothing from them. I have all the proof in the world this is true. Why who cares about the one incident at the cashier, you guys no me its not like I would go threw hurting a female. I have my way to gently touch and scare at the same time which made her drop the chips and me grab them. The security gaurds where already friendly with me and honestly im a big dude with temper issues. I had a crazy man look in my eyes seriously no one wanted to fuck with me. They knew I was willing to die for my cause. I had that look in my ass.
I have followed your story, I don't doubt anything you are saying...
Its just my opinion that Harrah's will be willing to spend much more than the 80k at stake in legal fees to fight this. If they really want to fight, it may take years to settle with no guarantees to be favorable. (Not sure how much existing case law there is on this, that may be a motive as well.)
If you do what I mentioned earlier in this thread, you WILL hear from them.
If you decide to pay sign holders, you type up a paper with all the facts. Also on that paper you put a copy of the receipt for your 80k in chips (Blur out personal info). You then make a stack of copies of this paper and have the folks holding the signs distribute them out when people ask about the details (Because people will ask, and you don't want the folks holding the signs attempting to explain the situation.)
You probably don't want to give the casino a heads up that you will be doing this. Once you are out there, they will probably contact you. When they do you tell them something along the lines of this:
"I am going to exercise my 1st amendment rights. I am putting $5,000 towards this cause, and more if needed. I am paying my supporters (sign holder) $50 per day. My 5k will take them to 100 DAYS! I plan to be calling the news media, newspapers, and developing a social media page for the cause..."
You don't want to say anything that will be perceived as extortion/blackmail. Let them be the ones that bring up paying you your money in exchange for removing the sign holders.
See, normally people that try this towards a business will do this themselves and get tried after a couple hours. It then becomes a cat and mouse game with the business you are protesting. If you are paying someone its an entirely different story.
Then once the sign holders are out there, you have everyone you know call the casino as if they are a customer that saw the sign holders and say something to the effect of "I was coming to your property, however I see customers protesting over not getting paid. What is this about? I think I will take my business elsewhere." The higher value player you can convince them you are, the better. Then after that have these same people call every member of upper management at Harrah's that you can find a number for.
I really can not think of a better place other than a casino to do this to. You are FORCING them to act, and from my experience they WILL ACT.
