    Decent bet multiplier for spreadsheet

I am making an excel spreadsheet that pours out a random 6 decks shoe in the form of values only, outcomes are linked to TC so no need to actually have the face off so to speak. For example after x cards every y times an event will occur with an adv or disadvantage acting on a bet. I can explain it deeper if anyone is interested but what I would like to hypothesize is that a good standard multiplier for this type of study would be .25 for bet in relation to TC. I don't care if it is off much as I want to run these tests several times and see what kind of variances I will see. I came up with .25 because adv is generally about half TC and to further diminish that number you need hit it with some kind of fractional Kelly number say .5. I have set my self up for a beating so bring it on.

    cuts you up,

    Welcome to the board!

Nearly two years ago I posted a method to use Excel to compare two counts simultaneously. Part of that involved inputting a fully-customizable "bet schedule". For example:

    wong out @ -4,
bet $25 when TC is zero or less,
    $50 @ +1,
    $100 @ +2, etc.

This last part appears to be what you are attempting. Click the link below and scroll down to the last post on the first page to see the details.

Thanks for the bevy of information Mr. Hand. My work is nothing like yours, I just want to be able to get a feel for variances. I will be referring to your work, it is nice to see others using Excel.
