    Casino Hotels with Free Internet

The casinos I play at are mostly out in the sticks, off the beaten path. So I'm wondering if most casino hotels provide free internet like free TV was the rage back in the 1950's. Yeah, I remember a motel that was called the TV motel.

Anyway, I don't mean just free internet access. Just about all the hotels provide this. By free internet I mean including the device to access the internet like a tablet or thru the TV without having to pay extra. I'm aware of only one casino hotel that provides free internet and the device to access the internet and that includes my trips to Laughlin and Wendover.

Most of my time is on the gulf coast casino hotels, along with Internet access in your room I think most of them have are a lot of them have a Computer room maybe on each floor a or a particular floor, I don’t think most of them offer a computer or device in the room unless I just haven’t noticed, it could be that some of the upgraded rooms may have them, I’m not sure. But I almost always see a computer room somewhere in the hotel

I get free internet from my players card status. That implies at some lower status you would pay for it. But I don't know if this assumption is true. If the assumption is not true anything could be right (people with no card may pay for it). But my bet is at these places some people pay for internet access.

My comped rooms include internet. However they have basic or higher prices internet but the front desk person I caught smoking outside and conversed with good me it's the same internet, that you could watch Netflix with either but some opt and pay the additionalcosts.

CET properties do charge the Resort fees even on comped rooms and it includes internet. No of none that provide devices.

Not for the better cards. You may need to qualify with play but my host gets it taken off for me when I am charged for it. The perks for seven star say no resort fees or internet charges. I hold them to that if they try to say it doesn't apply to all destinations. When everyone says they can't help me my host always comes through.

Many people never get what they are trying to get because they beat their head against the wall trying to get it from someone that can't give it to them. The key to getting what you are trying to get is to go to those that can give it to you and try to get it. Don't waste time trying to get someone to give something to you that they have no authority or leeway to give. This applies to in the pit, at the front desk, at the VIP counter, dealing with your host. It also applies to negotiating with companies about your bill. You will save yourself a lot of time and actually get what you are striving for if you understand who can help you get it and who can't give it to you even if they wanted to. I guess this truth in life also went right over somebodies head. You can't get what you want unless you ask. Then you can't get what you want unless you ask the right person. Pretty basic life lessons you would think everyone will learn eventually. Learn the systems you have to deal with in life and AP them. Just like picking the right dealer you have to know the right person to ask if you want to be successful. You have to know when to keep pushing and when to let it go.

Though responding to a not so blackjack post, with a non blackjack type response, they’re some very interesting principles here.

My customer service philosophy, which I would urge all companies to embrace, is to solve issues at their lowest level of authority - its usually the cheapest way out of a problem, and certainly the quickest.

In more specific terms, empower your customer service people to offer compromises, right now, to some predetermined limit, without the need of approval from some higher level of authority. Those customers disputing whatever, will generally be more amenable to immediate problem resolution.

I can certainly give far more detailed specifics - suffice it to say that it works well, and saves a lot of phone bullshit time, which is costly for all parties.

I get it. A bunch of you bought into the idea that am trying to show off by posting and use that incorrect stereotype to view my posts from so you usually miss the point. I am just trying to help people by offering a different perspective, which is usually were my line of thinking lives. I am a perfectionist. Nothing is ever good enough. It tends to drive people crazy because they don't realize I just want to look for ways to make things better the next time and am not trying to be overly critical or act superior. But unfortunately it tends to come off that way. Just read without a prejudice and maybe you will get more out of what I say. Other perspectives are always a consideration in order to get a well rounded picture of what is being discussed.

How is anything I said delusions of grander. I described a character trait that drives me that and be a weakness or strength depending upon how i manage it so people can understand where I am coming from and my perspective. If they understand me better they won't be constantly jumping to the wrong conclusion. All anyone thinks they know is what people trying to attack me spread. I thought you could relate to that Zee. But I guess everyone must be right about you for you not to understand.
