I would suggest that HiLo and KO are very close in efficiency.
KO can be improved by adding the concepts od Dravot in Color oF Blackjack. With those additions I would expect KO and Hi Lo to be very comparable.
As indicated in post above, there are more complex multi level counts that are stronger but more complex to learn and I presume execute.
Don't want to start a "mine is better than yours" count argument but my belief is that HiOPT II with Ace Side Count likely wins the comparison but is not, IMHO, for the casual or part time player due to difficulty of use.
While a count system is the foundation of an AP game, the additional things like game selection, betting, RoR and bankroll topics are at least equally as important. Make sure you include them in your training BEFORE you decide to go play.
