    Mega Millions Lotto: $1.6 Billion.

    In analyzing the past year's number frequency of the Mega Millions Lotto, I see the following outliers from the last 12 months:

    highest frequency outlier: lotto #1: 18
    lowest frequency outlier: lotto # 50: 2

    There are 70 #'s total (without the "mega number")

    There are 2 drawings per week.

    Could these two balls be slightly different from the others, or are these two extremes within the expected "variance" with (presumably) 52 * 2 = 104 drawings?
