    Very sad day

Like almost everywhere on the planet, blackjack has deteriorated as a game by the introduction of rules that make it more and more difficult. Up till today there were only a handful of tables in the UK that didn't have csms or asms but now most of those tables have gone that way too. The Rainbow group of clubs have finally done the deed like all the others. Shame on them...

Ahh yes.. Continuous Shuffle Machines not Automatic Shuffle Machines, just realised (having never seen an ASM) they are most likely not synonymous. Apologies

Apologies withdrawn, t'wasn't actually my post but hadn't previously differentiated between the two initialisms.

You cannot withdraw an apology because you have to apologize to do that, so it is a wash.

On an unrelated note, I heard the other day that Naps in Leicester Square had re-branded to something else earlier in the summer. Is it something substantial (change of ownership), or just a name and decor change? I know their four-deck game (which was promoted as the best BJ in Town) was pensioned off a couple of years back, and it's CSMs on all of the BJ tables now.

The last time I was in there was when it was still Naps. They had 6 deck games, £5 min was CSM, £10 min was hand shuffled but pen was quite poor.
