    APing BJA3 copies

BJA3 copies are now priced at yellow-chip levels: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/offer-li...ackjack+attack

Buying a few extra copies for cover price and selling for 300X as much - good AP move?

(Not really serious - just amazed that people are able to do it)

Does anyone actually buy at those prices?
Are they hoping someone confuses BJA3 with Ex CAA?

I see the problem. These prices are for the hardcover edition. When it was printed, I signed and numbered the first 500, which RGE sold at a premium. Of course, there were more to the printing than just 500 copies, but the fact is that it was planned to be a very limited edition, to make the numbered copies more valuable, in the long run. And while none of those on amazon seem to be a numbered copy, I have a feeling that, in general, any hardcover edition of the book is difficult to find these days.

But the soft cover has a lot more info in it doesn't it? For a reference don't you want the soft copy?

Stanford signed my copy of PBJ at a GC Party. It won't be for sale.

It added Appendix D, which is obviously quite valuable.

I always prefer the soft copy, it's easier to flip the page.

I do not often have the opportunity to suggest you may have made an error but I will go out on the limb.

My signed copy of BJA III is 342 of 550 not 500 as you suggested. Now I have no way of confirming that you signed all 550, so you may still be correct.

    LOL

PS IMHO it is THE encyclopedia of advantage Blackjack play and required for any AP at any reasonable cost.
Luck is nothing more than probability taken personally!
