I was playing with a dream dealer recently; the guy was new and nervous, and made a tremendous number of mistakes - too many to list here. His most common one was paying blackjacks twice: once the normal 3:2 after you received the blackjack, and again if he busted (even though your cards were off the table at that point), at 1:1. There were other errors that sometimes happened as well, such as overpaying BJ, hitting soft 18s and 19s until he busted, and paying after he busted even if you busted first.

I know it has to be a decent advantage, though I only realized this after I got up from the table (i was betting table min b/c the count went nowhere). i probably should've been betting a hefty amount every hand regardless of count, though there was no guarantee he'd continue to make these mistakes. dammit.

Does anyone know about how much this kind of dealer is worth?
