The Rams still hasn't lose a game yet, I am impressed. If they win today it will be 9-0 for them and that is a really good record.

A good day yesterday going 3-0. 21-14-1 ATS on the season.

But we know not to get too caught up in short term results. Time to get ready for the next week. Not crazy about tonight's game. At 6 a slight lean to the dog but going to pass.

oh, when the SAINTS, oh when the SAINTS, oh when the SAINTS go marching in...to Paul Brown Stadium...look for the best QB, best play caller, embarrass an injury depleted D, which is already on pace for giving up the most yards, ever....Who Dat' take New Orleans -6 for today's play

    good luck,

You nailed the Saints pick! Good job! I also went with Arizona and 16.5 points and came away with a win. I’m a Chiefs fan since I grew up in Kansas but I figured the Chiefs wouldn’t be able to cover a spread this big. Sports betting has finally come to my area so I’ve started doing it, but I’ve still got a lot to learn. This thread has helped. Thanks!

If they tried they could, but they are just trying to get a win not cover a huge spread. That is the problem with giving up a lot of points.

That’s precisely the reason I went with Arizona. This was the biggest spread KC had since 1992. And Arizona was coming off a bye. Anything obviously could happen, but this was giving up too many points. The dog is the right pick when the spread is 16 or more in the NFL. The situation is obviously different in college.

Btw, this game could have been much closer if Arizona hadn’t thrown an interception in the 4th quarter (or late in the 3rd quarter) when they were only down by 6 points. Arizona actually had an outside chance of winning. It was still a game until late in the 4th quarter.

Forgot to post Sunday plays but gonna go with the Giants +3.5 (-114) tonight. The Giants haven't been good, but they have played a tougher schedule than the Niners. Can we even count that win 11 days ago against the lowly Raiders?

I don't bet with Bovada but have read lots of complaints about them. interested to hear others commenting:

"Bovada is still playing games with the lines. I just bet Detroit +7 -110 for $55. When I clicked Place Bet the win box showed $47.83. Its not an accident. They are doing this shit on purpose. I had trouble with them the last time I tried to make bets. I'm waiting on customer service to see if I can cancel the bet. If they keep pulling this shit they lose my business."

most complaints logged on this site were resolved but still:

Are they positive the moneyline didn't change? I don't use Bovada. I prefer Heritage and Bookmaker, which I can vouch are legit.

The Giants' outright win on Monday pushed the slate tp 22-14-1. I like several plays this week, starting with the Thursday Night game.

    Seattle -2 1/2
    Chicago - 2 1/2
    Indy -1 1/2
    Houston - 3
    Kansas City + 3 1/2

Nice half point cover by Seattle. I seem to benefit from positive variance more in sports betting than blackjack, where the bigger the count and wager, the worse I seem to do.
