    Interesting episode

I was playing at ************ when a ********* sits down. He plays about 30 minutes with me, colors up, starts walking away, comes back and whispers to me "You the guy who left the BJA book in the trunk of a car? ". I was shocked that he mentioned BJA cause I had no clue he was counting. In any case, he said " be careful what you say online" and walked away.

Now, I had left a copy of BJA at a motel and lost it, not left in a car so I just don't know if he had made me or was confusing me with someone else. In any case, if he is on this forum, hope he PM 's me.

A detailed trip report coming up in a day or two.

Zee, you shouldn't describe another AP in such detail. It would be okay, if the location wasn't mentioned.

So what do you think will happen? The casinos have spies on this forum who will then go to great lengths to get surveillance tapes from the casino, spend hours going over them to identify some part time AP's who got together on some day in August?

Paranoia strikes deep, into your heart it will creep......

I think the casinos know you by name and handle. You listed the casino, you post pro, ptly so the date is implied. You gave enough info to just review your recent play there and quickly, with little effort, peg the guy. He is probably reading this thinking the guy is even dumber than I thought. Not only does he post in great detail he is still going to do another trip report as if anyone cares about his trip. He will give way too many details. Plus I go to great lengths to play without being detected and the little weasel just outed me to the casino by posting way, way too many details about our encounter on the next day. I should have never tried to help this guy. He turns on everyone that tries to help him.

The idiot OP should be banned for outing another player.

    P.S. Nice meeting you, Zee

21forme has said several times that he has identified AP’s by observing them in person and correlating their behaviour against their online comments.

Zee, I could easily identify you by your comments, your spread etc. Etc. If you have no issues outing yourself, fine. Delete your post, cause you’ve just made it easy to ID the other guy.

In fact, Norm should delete this thread. Honorable mention for Darwinian award.

Maybe someone will use the anonymizer and explain in detail what happened.

How would have thought, Zee is smarter than Paymypush and MWP when it comes to redacting information that shouldn't be listed to begin with?

Of course Zee was made. Are we surprised? Remember the time Zee posted his real work email address and EVERYONE told him to delete it? But instead, he protested that it was his “uncle’s” email address and refused to take it down ::facepalm::. Anyone who decided to Google search that email lead straight to Zee’s real name, place of employment, full bio, and a blown up photo of his mug. Couple that with the fact that he likes to publicly report where he’s playing and he paints a very clear picture of what his playing style is like... Zee would be too easy to spot.

Three, how was this guy trying to help Zee? It sounds to me like he was trying to poke fun of Zee with his comments. What was the point of him making his comment to Zee about BJA being in Zee’s trunk as he left the table? Just to show he knew who Zee was? If this guy had nothing constructive to say, than he should have left the table and not said anything. Why make a snarky comment to a fellow AP? What purpose is there in that? I wonder if making this comment fed his ego and made him feel superior to others. Doesn’t sound like an AP I’d like to meet.

I wonder if this guy isn’t the dumb one. He made a snarky comment to Zee and then left the table. It sounds like he wanted Zee to know who he was, and post this encounter online.

Btw, I’m looking forward to Zee’s trip report. They are interesting and I learn a lot from them. I’m glad he takes the time to do this.

The same way the numerous posters here that have warned him about the same thing were trying to help him. Zee posts way too many specifics about what he does. Most of the APs I know tell of playing with Zee or seeing him play all based solely on what he has posted. Zee has outed several APs by posting too many specifics about them.

Exactly. Not only did he know Zee was an AP but he knew exactly what Zee's handle is. If someone did that to me I would definitely think twice about anything I posted after that. But rather than get the message Zee posted enough specifics about the incident and a detailed description of the AP indicating Zee is absolutely clueless and beyond help. Maybe Zee finally got it because he did delete the details that would have made the AP. I guess we will see if Zee posts a trip report. If he names casinos, bet sizes or other details he clearly hasn't learned.

This was the most constructive thing anyone could say to Zee. We have said it over and over again. Zee says when and where he is going before he leaves to go there. I wouldn't be surprised if the Griffin Agency or OSN didn't send a BOLO out with his picture before he even got to his destination.

It sounds more like he knew who Zee was and warned him not to post about him or Zee may have some kind of unfortunate accident.

Yes, it will be interesting to see if Zee learned anything from this. Zee seems very very hard to teach anything so that would surprise me. But he edited out details from this thread, which surprised me because he never did it before, so maybe he has learned something.

    Obvious troll is obvious.

Our anonymous AP was trying to help Zee by giving him a wake-up call to his online stupidity. It's like someone coming into your house and letting you know your door was left unlocked.

There was a poster at BJ21 - Barfarkel - who once posted that critters called him by his handle after returning to a venue. Critters identified him by his comments.

Zee, you outed the poo4 bastard. Least the house can do for you is Comp you to a rub and tug.
