    What Are the Hardest and Easiest Casino Destinations to Get To in USA

    Okay, maybe we can come up with a list of the top 10 for both easiest and hardest to reach casino destinations. I don't know the answer myself. However, most of my play has been limited to the Midwest so I would be really interested in other easy to reach casino destinations in USA. I'm interested not only in an easy to reach destination but also good transportation from the airport to the casino either by private or public transportation.

    Here is my number one choice for easiest casino USA destination to get to:
    1) Las Vegas. Many flights per day and good transportation once you get to the airport.
    2) Green Bay. Casino right across the street from airport. Literally within walking distance.

    Some of the more difficult casino destinations have to be:
    1) Wendover. No commercial airline service. Charter service only from select cities. Requires 120 mile drive from SLC.
    2) Laughlin. Again no commercial airline service. Charter service only from select cities. Requires drive or shuttle from Las Vegas.
    3) Casinos in upper Midwest. Limited air service. Two lane roads. Often white out snow conditions, and next closet casino often a couple hour drive down the road.

    Both Palm Springs and Tucson have Casinos very close to their airports, making them relatively easy to get to.

    Among the hardest is Deadwood. There are few non-stop flights to Rapid City, which is an a little over an hour away from Deadwood (RAP is several miles east of Rapid City, but Deadwood is west). However, with the extremely low maximums in Deadwood, there is rarely a reason to go there.

    You shouldn't have limited the question to USA. Vagabond can tell you some stories about remote casinos. Didn't you share a taxi with a chicken once or twice, Vagabond?

    The Vicksburg, Mississippi casinos are over 50 miles from Jackson, the tiny 'capital' of the state.
