This is my local shop. I have been playing here for years without being backed off. Although it uses ASM only but ASM is in the random mode so I win about 80% of the times. The rules are S17, 6D, cut off 1D or 1.5D depending on dealers. My spread is $25 (TC 0 or negative), $100 (TC +1), $200 (TC +2), $300 (TC +3), $400 (TC +4), $450 (TC +5 or higher). This is a big casino. The tolerance level is $500.

Now here is my problem. Since this is a honest casino, I see about 10 counters regularly. Everybody uses play-it-all style because the ploppies also play-it-all. But recently there is a new AP in town. For some reason, he likes to play at my table. He stands behind me and only Wong-in when TC reaches +1. His spread is the same as mine but he always plays two hands. Initially he will play two hands of $100 when he comes in. And his max bet is $400 a hand (x2) to comply with this casino's tolerance level as well. He left when TC drops to below +1 or the shoe is over.

My question is what I should do when he sits dome. He has done this for two or three weeks now, I am afraid if the surveillance reviews the tape, they will find out that he is a counter and I. I just hate the new AP doesn't mix with the ploppies and stand out like this one.
