Please help to provide Basic Strategy

Rules :-

1) 6 deck, S17, peek.
2) DOA, DAS
3) RSA2( Pair A, A split to max 2 hands only), RS4( other pair can split to max 4 hands)
4) ES10
5) Split (A, A) can ONLY STAND or Double but NOT HIT, Example (A,A vs 6), split to form 2 hands (A,2) and (A,4), then you can DOUBLE( or STAND) BUT NOT HIT !

Please help to provide correct basic strategy with consideration of Rule 5.
