Of course, Mr. Contrary, or Dipshit, whatever may be your preference for today.

It seems you never miss an opportunity, to miss an opportunity, to fail to properly put things into proper context and/or perspective - such is the path of the sociopathic autocrat.

You ooze phoniness and insincerity. You have asked us to trust you - not in this lifetime - I recognize you for what you are - I've battled your pathetic personality clones for over 40 years. Individuals like yourself are often not trusted by their own workmates. That is your burden to handle.

Your crusade to expose that which you say is irrelavent, supported solely only by your own vocal cords, is not lost in those who have the ability to think and reason, that you are a spoiled child.

Now, for that oozing pustule filled hemmorhoid on my ass, diagnosed as DBS6582, I will head shortly to the local pharmacy for Preparation H

    With all sincerity
    Yours truly, Freightman

Freightman, you never disappoint me. This is pretty much what I’ve come to expect from you...a bunch of insults with no real substance.

Sorry, I thought that was the point about being an AP. Are we supposed to be charities now ? Sure, you can be civil and create a friendly atmosphere but giving hard earned cash away is something else entirely. It's tough enough as it is, thank you.

Of course an AP shouldn’t tip away their EV. That goes without saying. But to tip zero is going too far. The AP community is the only people I know that actually brag about not tipping.

APs (I’m speaking in general terms) have developed their own set of principles that are not consistent with how the rest of society think. They try to make the case that it is okay to tip some people in our society (for example, restraunt employees) but not others (casino employees). I contend this is being inconsistent. Both industries are in the service industry where some of the pay for their employees comes from the customer.

Like it or not, a big part of a dealer’s pay comes from the customer, just like with a waiter/waitress or bartenders. Yes, the casino could pay a dealers whole salary but the same could also be said for a restaurant or bar with their employees. APs try to make a case that these two are different. The rest of society does not. I believe the rest of society is more consistent in how they think.

When it comes to tipping, an AP usually says they’re big tippers in restaurants but they won’t tip in casinos. At least be consistent. If you don’t tip in casinos, I think it’s more consistent to also not tip in restaurants. There are people who don’t tip in either...at least they are being more consistent in their logic.

There’s also something about basic human decency...how we treat our fellow man/women. I don’t know how someone (who has a conscience) can win several thousand dollars in a short period of time at a small casino will not throw a dealer at least $5 or $10 dollars when they color up. This is a small local casino in a small town that struggles. This casino provides jobs and entertainment to their community.

I’ve been going to this local casino for about 10 years, and the casinos employees and customers have a unique bond. I’ve got to know them well.

I don’t see it often, but occasionally I do see a young cocky AP come through taking advantage of the situation. Yes, what they’re doing is legal, but it doesn’t appear very ethical (at least to me). A couple casinos have gone bankrupt in this town so it’s not like they’re making a lot of money.

I guess it depends on the situation. Yes, plunder away and don’t tip anybody at a large casino in a major city. But I think an AP should have a little respect for the people, the community, and the casinos in smaller towns that are just trying to get by.

I know all APs aren’t all the same. I’ve come to know serval APs from other parts of the country and invited them to play in my “honey pot”, as long as they tip and don’t exploit the situation. I’ve had some good times playing with these APs, and they’ve enjoyed the experience.

Greed goes both ways. Yes, there are greedy casinos, but there’re also greedy APs, who only care about themseleves and how much money they can make.

From Ds perspective we should give all our money to the casino and their employees. Trying to make that happen is his job.

No, that is not the case. I’m just trying to point out a perspective that is different than the mainstream AP view. Everybody is entitled to their opinion, that’s what makes America great.

Why do APs feel the need to belittle and insult people that don’t think like them?

Just the ones that think like they have been a casino suit for 20 years.
